Having worked with the various Reynolds systems for many years, I can provide your staff with training at any level, in any department. Hired a new manager? Now is the best time to train them on what they need to know to do their job effectively.
I have worked in the automotive business since 1975. Starting as a “dealer kid”, I worked on and off at the family store through to 1981. After university, I went back to the dealership for several years and worked in various positions. From 1992 to 2004 I worked for Reynolds and Reynolds in the Technical Assistance Centre and later as a Consultant with their Professional Services group. Combining a degree in Computer Science with this automotive experience provided me with the unique ability to work in-dealership and create programs to manage the dealership.
Since 1999, my wife Jackie and I have lived on our farm in Rockwood, Ontario. When I’m not at a dealership or working from home, I’m either behind the wheel of a tractor, working on one of many projects or hiking around the farm. My interests include travel, sailing and motorcycling. Currently I am riding a 2016 Yamaha Super Tenere.

The MAR Automate program has made the administration of the MOPAR Rewards program easy. Before Perry installed this program, I was having each of my advisors key in their RO data on the MOPAR Rewards website. Each of them was spending up to 40 minutes a day collecting and re-keying information that was already in Reynolds. We now run MAR Automate weekly and all of the RO’s are now uploaded to the website – and it only takes 10 minutes! Additionally, the sales data provides key information as to which advisors are selling what items and allows for easy comparison. This is definitely a must-have piece of software!
